Exchanges only within 7days of receiving your order- no refunds unless your item is defective/ damaged. if there is any issue with your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you! please email us- with your exchange request.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached, free of odor or signs of wear.
Sale items, Lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear & jewelry are non returnable/final sale.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval for exchange.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are final sale.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee your item arrives.
